In order to complete your DABC scholarship application, we will require you to submit your most recent high school transcript.
Download Instructions
- Log on to your skyward account
- Click on Portfolio
- Click on most recent Transcript (listed as this under Type)
- Click on View Report
- Download a PDF version to your desktop

Once you save the transcript to your desktop, you will go to our website (link here) and upload your document.
You will need your application ID to submit your document (it is provided once your submit the scholarship application).
